Flexible contracts that let you stay from a week to a year
They make use of the secure storage downstairs and love movie nights with their neighbours in the media room. Raj has his bike fixed in the bike workshop and Phoebe works from home making use of the meeting rooms when she meets visiting colleagues.
Dom buys weekly cleaning and laundry services. He uses the SocietyHub throughout the day, and rents a desk in the co-working space for a month or two.
Gerard GreeneFounder and CEO
Gerard was Founder and CEO of Yotel. He drove all aspects of the business from concept creation, design and construction, fund raising, recruitment, sales, marketing, distribution, acquisition and development, legal and reporting. Frequent industry speaker on trends and future innovation. Previously a hotel analyst at HVS International and operational roles with Marriott, Hyatt and Conran Restaurants.
Nigel BuchananPartner - Operations
Nigel is the detail guy. He comes from a boutique hotel background and is obsessed with finding ways to deliver the best experience. He is responsible for making sure Society’s Members love living with us and takes care of everything operational throughout our buildings. Previously he worked with Gerard at Yotel and has over 20 years of operational and project experience.
Mike NagleChief Digital Product Officer
Mike is the digital product person. He is obsessed with making things that help people; seamlessly marrying outstanding design with powerful tech to enrich people’s lives. He is responsible for crafting the digital platform that meets the needs of both property developers and Society’s members. Previously Head of Design at Rightmove and ITV amongst others, he has also helped numerous FTSE100 companies formulate their digital strategy.
